For the on-air look of VOI, we wanted to create a unifying conceptual foundation and assign it a unique personality. With all other news channels wearing a very cluttered screen-look and challenging the viewer to chase multiple tickers and tabs – we decided to go very clean! The LOGO... VOI’s logo - the lion – became the cornerstone of the property. This logo speaks of fearlessness and strength. It evokes passion, pride and power. Other than the significant idents, it was incorporated into a lot of the key channel properties like the Headlines & Breaking News to provide immediate brand awareness. |
